Daniela di Monaco, owner and Managing Director of the company, started her carrier 30 years ago, after graduating from the "La Sapienza" University, working for Cechoslovakian Airlines and Royal Jordanian Airlines, before forming her agency in 1991. Since that moment on she has been involved in the tourism industry as consultant, working for several Tourism Boards, Tour Operators, Hotel chains and Airlines.

Lavinia Antonucci, PR Account Image & Communication, graduated in Communication and Marketing at the University of Rome, Roma Tre. She has done various training experiences and worked abroad, to perfect her language and cultural skills, both in the United States and within the European Community. Before joining Immagine & Comunicazione she has been working with the Italian satellite platform Sitcom Spa, the theme channel travel Marcopolo.
